MATERIAL
All of our products use Bamboo which is a renewable resource.
Bamboo is harder and more durable than most traditional hardwoods yet also lighter.
It is also 10x stronger than steel by weight.
It is not a conductor of heat and is quite resistant to moisture.
Bamboo does not interfere with radio waves so signal strength is unaffected.
Our cases are bamboo and bamboo only.
We don't have any rubber or felt inside, because you don't need it.
Bamboo, which is actually a grass, can't scratch stainless steel.
Colors and patterns in the bamboo will vary.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & FINISH
Our bamboo parts are machined and then hand sanded in Pensacola, Florida USA.
Our finish leaves a natural feel and rich look, while enhancing protection from liquids and cracks.
DESIGN
We design our products to be as thin as possible, while also being as strong as possible.
Obviously these two traits oppose each other, but we think we have a happy medium between them.
Our products add texture and ergonomics for better handling of your phone.
Our cases use a clip-on style attachment designed to hug the iPhone like a thin yet strong skin.
SHIPPING
We are are not a mass production facility, but we do operate in a sweaty shop.
All our products are made to order. Production usually takes less than 1-2 weeks.
Actual product shipped may vary slightly from the pictures shown,
as we are always improving our design.
So you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks for US orders.
3-4 weeks for other countries.
RETURNS
You may return your product due to manufacture defects up to 7 days after delivery.
Please note that bamboo is a natural material, that being said,
small imperfections or discolorations in the bamboo do not warrant a return.
ALMOST GUARANTEE
Bamboo is really strong stuff.
But I can almost guarantee it will break if dropped on a hard surface.
This is actually good for your iPhone because the case absorbs the initial impact of a drop.
But bad for your PEACHii bamboo case, as it will probably be cracked or even in pieces.
Don't worry we want to keep you protected.
If you drop and break your case we will send you a new one at half-price!
This 50% discount is our way of keeping your phone protected and beautiful!
All that we ask is that you send us a picture of the broken case or battery cover.
Kind of like a thank you card from you to us for protecting your phone.
